DePaul's RPI improved from 177 to 125 after the win.

Our RPI improved from .6472 to .6500. Might not sound like a big move, but that's pretty severe even this early in the season as a result of an opponent's win. Would be very nice if the Blue Demons could pull into the top 100 and give us another BCS win that looks alright on paper.

Playing in the Big East there is a good chance (assuming Depaul can actually win a few Big East games) that DePaul could finish in the top 100. That would be very nice for us since it doesn't look like we are going to get too many chances for top 100 wins on our schedule.

I saw that Iowa beat Iowa State the other night. That may end up being a decent victory later on in the year, assuming ISU can pull it together. The Cyclones lost to UNLV and Cincinnati, but had beaten BYU.
