EO is the thread wizard...and no, I don't think he will suck...we need the contribution he brings to the table.

Personally, I kind of doubt if HC3G even knows how many minutes EO and a good number of other players for that matter will get. He has publicly stated that he is still trying to decide how he wants this team to play. I think there will be quite a bit of experimention in the pre-conference schedule and how we will play who will fill what roles will be a work-in-process for awhile. I do think HC3G has a lot of flexibility if we can get eveyone healthy.

The magic 8 ball only has EO when you shake it up and turn it over. No matter what question is asked, the answer is EO.

BTW, how long do you think that EO thread will be going after he graduates??

Besides which, our defense is better with Orukpe in the game. He denies the lane very well (despite his fouls), and with Armstead, Williams, and Early on the perimeter we are in good shape.
Last season, calculating fouls per minute and dividing into the 5 allowed, he could play 32 minutes before committing his 5th foul; even if you assumed that his 5th foul would occur just after his fourth, -- he could still play 25 minutes. In conference games,he fouled more prolifically, but the corresponding numbers would be 28 and 23 for 5 and 4 fouls, respectively.

Since it is unlikely that he will play, or need to play, more than 25 minutes a game, his fouling propensity is not really a factor.

I will agree that the bunching of fouls early in a contest may, however, affect his minutes played, as it does with most all players.

I'm a little disappointed we wasted all these comments in the redshirt thread when they could have been making his real thread even bigger.

However you are missing the fact that EO belongs in all threads so for you to think he is out of place here puts you in error. :)

I am not sure which day that I am anticipating the most - November 5 or November 6.

Actually the election is far more important than watching E.O. go 15, 12 and 5.

On November 6, I am staying up until the fat lady sings.

It's time we get right down to the most absolute and fundamental core of what we all REALLY are wondering in the back of our minds (even though some of us might not even know it).

Who'd win: EO or Chuck Norris?

No doubt Chuck would win. He would attempt a spinning back kick to EO's jaw, and the resulting blow to EO's nads would pretty much end it.

LOL But you gotta admit EO would throw up a few good blocks before the nad strike.

Probably. Most guys are pretty adept at the ol' scratch one, scratch the other technique (which for some reason Mr. Miyagi didn't teach to Daniel).
