Well it was only going to be a picnic in code, but if this many people wanna come, an outdoor meet at a bball game isn't a bad idea.

The actual time and location will need to be set up privately. We don't want a bunch of pervs or snipers lurking from afar. Shockernet is loaded with panel van driving creepers as you know...

I attended a message board reveal party MANY years ago. It was a lot of fun. It might be tough on the little guys who show up though (Fever?) as they're likely leaning harder on their online persona for self-esteem.


But props to anybody who attends. You won't regret it. And you might even make a new friend! Our once mighty Shocker airship is headed towards terra firma at unsafe speeds. A little fellowship amongst the brethren who bleed black n' gold might be quite therapeutic.

When I had brought up the topic with my guys, I figured that a 15-20 invite list with an expected turnout of 10-15 might be the way to go.

For planning purposes, I am not sure I would want a full-blown open invite to everyone. I would like for this to be somewhat pleasant. But getting a dozen or so of you together would be a blast.

Let me do some work on this.
