The only thing I can figure on that shot clock call at the beginning was that the refs did not have the view we had with the clock on the screen. There were only two apparent camera angles. And in neither of them could you see the clock or the lights so I think they just guessed.

Part of the pick and roll game is being able to pass to the roller. I saw lots of times Ballard open for an easy pass, but each and every time the guards don’t execute.

Maybe, but attitude is part of the equation. Did you ever see a quarterback guide his team to victory when they are frustrated?

One play showed the difference in the mindset of their guards compared to ours. Their guard went inside and drew 2 defenders then faked a shot to draw a third defender and opening a big under the basket and gave him the ball. On the opposite end we went inside and drew defenders but instead of making a move to open anyone up we sling the ball up toward the basket with our back to the hoop. That was BC. But XB did a very similar thing with some kind of underhanded sling around the defender. Neither of those shots had a 10% chance of going in.
On defense Charlotte put up a long shot and we had 5 guys go to the board in the restricted zone, not 1 block out, so it bounced over our heads into their hands for an open 3.
I just don't understand the lack of intelligence or the lack of teamwork. Very frustrating as a fan, but I can only imagine the frustration of the coaching staff. Embarrassing.
