They’re too busy looking at the metrics and figuring out the best spot to shoot their jumpers.
While we’re piling on, how about the Mills pre-season quote that he doesn’t want guys working on their weaknesses but rather sharpen their strengths? I guess bad defenders like Colby just spend the entire practice shooting from their spots.

And I agree with ShockHat that I'd have much rather rolled the dice with Sampson or Griffin. Hell, even before this I had both higher on my list of coaches that I'd rather hire.
