I say 7000. I'm going to the Chiefs game and it is outside. CKA will be nice and toasty.

      Ummm. No.
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

And being the idiot I am, I try to be a nice guy and do it for free. We got 7" of snow in Ralston, I got 5 drives done last night and 3 to go today. It's currently -5 and I just don't want to go outside.
Shoveling snow is one of the sneakiest ways for an older feller to meet his maker. Five drives eh? You won't need a treadmill test this year, that's for sure. I know... I know... middle-age bicycle champion, etc. etc.... still, shoveling in the freezing cold tests the cardiovascular system to the max.

If you'd like to change the demographic of your neighborhood, invite your friends to shovel with next time. There will be For Sale signs appearing up and down the street like magic.

Why? There will be dozens of empty seats within spitting distance of me, in the first 10 rows. No reason to sit in row 20 tomorrow, or hesitate to pick up a shirt to wherever you want to sit.

Good point. Might be able to get one of each color if it’s as bad as some are thinking

One of the better attended games this year in spite of all those happy naysayers. Nothing but crickets now

It’s sad that one of our better attended games was just north of 6,000 and they watched a 26 point beatdown.
                            Deuces Valley.
                            ... No really, deuces.

I'm not a "happy naysayer". First, no one should be happy when there is a sparce crowd. I did think that with the unfortunate start of the Mills tenure AND what was potentially predicted for the weather, could lead to a sparce crowd.

However, it was not snowing as predicted, there was no snow buildup on the ground or roads, and despite the cold temps, the sun was out making things much more bearable. Unfortunately, the Shocks had an awful second half for all to see.
