Not going to be hot. WSU literally can’t afford it. His seat is cooler than Ben Jacobson. It doesn’t mean people can’t step on the back of his shoes at Dillon’s.

Well I knew the program was in trouble a year ago when I started this thread. The original title was "Hot Seat" until the moderator changed it.

I guess I don’t understand the question of Mills ability. He is facing competition from the power conferences money and recruiting. The players WSU can get are just not the level of the major conferences and to have to repeat this process every year this is what it has become. We have post players who are good against mid major programs but when competing against a Florida and even DePaul fail to match the athleticism and speed at which they play. Our scoring seems to only exist when we drive, no outside threat and our best rebounder has a broken wrist. Hill has played poorly against good guards our guard/forwards are too small for the position they are asked to play. Mills tried to recruit better players but just couldn’t get them here! This is college basketball from now on, teams like WSU are going to do the best the can with the resources they have no matter who the coach is!

Guess the Shox can’t compete with the likes of KC Kangaroos’ NIL either.

It's not just that we lose games. It's that we lose games by looking like we are completely uncoached, and we've got a head coach that just sits and watches it happen like he can't do anything about it.

At least with Brown, we were only paying one ex coach. Now, we're paying two while simultaneously playing worse basketball.

The smart move would have been to keep Brown a little longer. If you can't see that, then something is wrong with you - or there's something else you just aren't saying out loud.

he needs to answer that. brown teams were in better shape than this stuff we're seeing now. offense hurt your eyes, but defense was mostly there. close games against arizona, houston etc.
