Spurs are also on that level as well. I'd love to see any of our guys make it on a team, or even D-League team. It helps with recruiting.
Did anyone see where Calipari said that his goal is to have 10% of all NBA players be from Kentucky in 3 years?

In other words, he's saying his goal is to have his starting 5 turn over every year. God bless him and his greasy handprint on college basketball.
Now where's John Chaney when you need him?

With 360 roster spots league-wide, getting to 36 over the next 3 years means adding 13. If you assume that 3 of those 17 roll off, they need to add 16 over 3 years.

Originally posted by DJ06Shocker View PostYeah, you can hardly call his players 'from Kentucky.' Maybe now and then they are a product of coaching, but it seems like most of them are guys that are destined for the NBA before they choose what college they go to. The fact that he somehow gets that many of them...to the extreme that his entire starting 5 AND a reserve all get drafted makes it seem incredibly odd. I wonder how he does it.
