Media Feud

There's no one currently in the Wichita media that provides let's say a contrarian view. All a bunch of softies. I'm not saying any media member should be an asshole or come at things personally but no one addresses the elephant in the room. You know like whether IB is the right guy, or has apathy set in, or will there be a whole new roster next season? I fully realize MK is not paid to go there but how about the rest of the media?

I'm not sure what he's currently doing, but Jeffrey Parson isn't bashful about expressing his opinion... and I don't recall him being a big fan of the IB hire. We need "The Bruce" back in Doo-Dah.

I don't listen or see any of the Wichita media except the 2 that do the ESPN+ home game feeds, and I have to say, they are the worst of any I have seen on Plus. The one guy who starts the broadcasts wrecks my ears every time. Not only a bad voice but does he have to yell?

Forgot him...although his voice doesn't seem as prominent. Not sure why it feels that way.

Because given the times, you would be viewed as a racist for suggesting a black coach should hit the unemployment line after 2.5 years on the job, regardless of the situation and circumstances.

I don't think I've encountered more than maybe 100 words outf of bothLutzes. Pretty much none from Jeff and I don't recall anything from Lutz since he left The eagle. I think I ran into him on the radio in my car briefly a time or two.

Eldridge doesn't go hard on anyone, He just presents facts with proof behind them with some outstanding analysis and film study. Then he lets readers form their own opinions. I believe that's what "journalism" is supposed to be about.

Who was the guy on radio here that was comparing IB's first two years to GM's and was seemingly trying to make the case IB was better? (Another instance I believe Parson voiced an opinion of the sane thinker).

I'd be curious to here that gentleman's take now.

Was it that female television anchor that wasn’t here too long? Parson specifically said a national search should have been conducted before IB was chosen and he took all kinds of flack for it. By and large he is thick skinned and a pretty good guy.

Phil has touched on it a couple of times but he makes a case from all angles. Not sure about Shane. There are no newspaper reporters and I can’t even tell you one local sports anchor.

I saw the exchange of tweets too. I will always have Mike’s back. With the exception of his love of the STL Cardinals, I cannot support Boob or Jr. I can’t believe anyone would listen to their show.
