Concerning the Lutz duo why doesn’t WSU make them buy a ticket to watch the Shox rather than let either of them on press row. It has always upset me that we let those mouths sit on press row just so the next day they can bad mouth us on the radio. Two of my least favorite mouths in town.

Bob did get his parking pass taken away though, which he likes to remind people of daily.

He’s a perfect example of the problem.

Spot on. They both blocked me completely out of the blue. I didn’t even make a comment about them.

Describing them as amateur is a higher compliment than I would give them.

I'm pretty sure they both blocked me on Twitter for something I said on SN a long time ago. I hadn't interacted with either on Twitter for a long time so I'm mostly sure it wasn't something I posted there, unless they saw some comment on someone else's post that they didn't like.

I haven't lost any sleep over it and only realized it when someone here linked to a thread involving them and I couldn't see anything.

I don't how appreciating Sampson's comments about Koch Arena and the program demonstrate an "inferiority complex."

Every fan has a bit of that.

Why hasn't Jeff Lutz commented on all of the recent KU memes, FB posts and tweets about how no program has lost more to another than KSU vs. KU? And all of the memes etc. about the KU vs KSU all-time records in the major sports? Those are incredibly lame and reek much more of inferiority.

It's really pretty pathetic.

He's a hell of a nice guy. I had dinner with him and Dave and their wives and a few other people once in STL. (Not of my own doing) He even offered me a ride back to my hotel afterward.

And it's exactly because of his closeness and reliance on WSU that I don't expect much in regards to commentary from him, hence why I mostly ignore him these days.

Essentially, neither Mike or Jeff are going to provide any substance

There's no one currently in the Wichita media that provides let's say a contrarian view. All a bunch of softies. I'm not saying any media member should be an asshole or come at things personally but no one addresses the elephant in the room. You know like whether IB is the right guy, or has apathy set in, or will there be a whole new roster next season? I fully realize MK is not paid to go there but how about the rest of the media?
