It is really hard to build on a 20 point lead. It's nearly impossible to create the energy and mental toughness like when the game is close. Plus tactics change when you're up 20+. Less pressure. More conservative etc.

I don't doubt that IB got his T on purpose. So weird form a coach who shows no emotion to show some in that instance with that lead.
