What about Kermit Roosevelt, Kermit the Frog, Kermit Alexander, or even Kamau Alexander? (btw, king of the Kermits and the Kamaus)

S Miss seems to be focusing on Donnie Tyndall Morehead St, Sean Woods MVSU, Doc Sadler Neb, Greg Heiar ast @ Wichita State. Eclectic mix.

Morehead State's Donnie Tyndall has been offered the job.

Hoopdirt believes if Tyndall declines, Sean Woods would be offered. But not very long ago they thought Barnes and Heiar were to top two.

Morehead State's Donnie Tyndall agreed to a four-year deal to become the next coach at Southern Miss, a source with direct knowledge of the negotiations told ESPN.com's Andy Katz Saturday.

Thank God Heiar is staying. Sorry, but I don't want to lose Ford or Heiar.. or Jans either, for that matter.

Agreed- this is probably the strongest bench of assistants this program has ever had. All three will be Division 1 head coaches.

Every season that passes where we keep this core in tact further cements what HCGM is building here. They'll leave one day, and we'll wish them well when they do...but let's put it off at least another year or two.

It's good to have Greg in Atlanta this weekend recruiting for the Shockers.

I don't want to sound crass, but are they paid well as Wichita State basketball assistant coaches? I think it's been mentioned before, but I can't quite remember what they earn. Does their pay compare to, say, ACC or Big East assistant coaches? I certainly hope so. I'd like to see them around for another two years- after next year. By then.. my goodness.. Shocker's would be s&#!#*! in tall cotton. It's another can't miss under Gregg Marshall.
