I don’t think Flanagan is going to follow IB to JUCO. He may be looking for a school or he will stay at WSU on scholarship.

This. He has a prior relationship with IB but where would he follow him to unless IB goes to a comparable program? Unlikely.

Why hasn’t IB given him the last Scholarship yet? If anyone deserves one, it’s him.

His Player Efficiency Rating at 20.2 is really good. Granted it is a limited sample size but it is safe to say he has been a very pleasant surprise in an otherwise dismal year.
