If everyone played as hard as Melvion did tonight, we might have won.

Just for that reason, he has earned more PT and a starting position. At least send a message.

Wondering if they may consider splitting the 13th scholarship for this year, second semester, for Flannigan and Pooh.

May not need to, but it potentially would be a nice gesture.

Can you split a scholarship in MBB? I don't think you can.

I would expect one of the 2 to get it though.

Flanigan is a great story, but increased minutes will expose him, wait and see

I’m probably in the minority, but I really like Shama Lama Ding Dong…

We already saw that on Thursday. Outside of Porter this team does not have a point guard (or any player) who can steady the ship and take over a game.

And that is why you should always work for good team play. Even the best players have bad games.

What'd Porter do Thursday night? I missed it. What was the score when he went out of the game?

If you can’t see that he’s clearly the best player and leader then I can’t help your peanut brain.

Besides that his stat line wasn’t terrible. He had only taken four shots and was clearly trying to create for others in a game his offense shouldn’t have been needed.

GTFOH Drama Queen. Name one person on this board that said he's not a good player. You're trying a little too hard, Ok? He did nothing the other night but was maybe headed for a slightly better game than he had against Alcorn State; WSU's worst home loss, to some on this board, you included, in the last 40 years. Maybe it was. Or when he ball hogged against the Dons, but hey, he did have 9 boards in that game.

You're trying pump sunshine up someone's, anyone's, a** for some reason. He's not above criticism. He doesn't elevate the team in any way, and gets careless with the ball a little too much, i.e. unforced errors. Being an elite point guard isn't all about stats (dish to the hot man, anyone?). But that's a conversation that would be wasted on you apparently, just going by your other posts concerning the position. You still have a lot to learn Son. Just study my posts and you will...

You come off like an unintelligent phognetter rather than an educated Shockernetter. Hey, wait a minute...
