  • Such great times. Congrats again, Fred, and well-deserved.

    • I read some of the comments on a different report and how all of the indiana fans were salivating over Yogi Ferrel. Watched him last night take a horrible 3 point shot with time on the clock rather than try and drive for a tie game 2pt shot. Was not impressed with his end of game shot selection. I know only one game and a microcosm of the season.

            • This is great news for 6' point guards. Let's hope it works out.

"Sacramento just signed 5'11" David Stockon (John Stockton's son) to a 10 day contract.

He has been averaging 16.6 points, 7.9 assists,3.6 rebounds, and 2.4 steals in 31 games for the Reno Bighorns, the Kings' NBA Development League Affiliate."

              Let's hope it works out.

Hey, if a guy who can't inbound the ball properly in the big dance gets a shot in the league, surely Fred will get a shot.
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take....

.....but, statistically speaking, you miss 99% of the shots you do take.

Must be a favor to his dad. Only possible reason.

But, lets take a deep breath for a moment(including myself) I just don't want to set expectations to high. Yes, Fred is a outstanding H.S player, just give him time to adjust to the college game. FVV will be the kind of player that at first will defer to the older more experience players, but once he gets comfortable he will show more and more of his game. FVV will become a star, just give him time to do it...
Sir, if you could provide me with next week's winning lottery numbers, I would be eternally grateful. Many thanks in advance for all your help.

                          • Not sure if anybody commented on Mark Adams' introduction to America of FVV yesterday afternoon as the end of the first half was winding down. "America, meet Fred VanVleet," and Fred calmly makes a move, steps back and determinedly knocks down a 16 foot jump shot as the buzzer sounds. Couldn't have scripted that any better than that. Fred was awesome yesterday (except for those two T/Os).

                            • I wonder what ever happened to Mrclove. I hope he is well and basking in the warmth of his prognostications about FVV. He was always there for us in the beginning telling us how FVV was a special player/person and to keep ourselves and expectations in check. Where is his voice of reason and calm when there is so much hate and discontent on SN. Yeah you people know who you are.:)
