Earl Grant and Steve Forbes made it to the ACC. Chris Jans is building a program. Greg Haeiar is having success. Matt Brauer is building a career.
We had a great that I want back. But there are successful coaches in that coaching family.
WSU is definitely not headed in the direction we all thought when we joined the American.

Nothing that happened today, nothing that was said today, surprises me. And it shouldn’t surprise anyone here. From the earliest games this season, it was obvious there were major problems on the floor, on the bench, and in the locker room. It was obvious. Trying to ever cover it up with rainbows and platitudes was simply obnoxious and wrongheaded. We are stuck with this destroyed program. How proud the powers must be. Clean house—-now.

Can’t have “the guy” laughing and joking on the bench while getting punked by double-digits to the worst team in the conference.

He lost some of my respect, after I saw that.

God***n right. I mentioned a week ago against Memphis, when Jenkins got the tech for hanging on the rim, 'unnamed' players who were standing at half court skinnin' and grinnin' while the Tigers were shooting their free throws. They're the ones who need to make a quick exit from the Roundhouse and stop embarrassing the basketball team. I've never one time said on this forum that CP is 'bad'; serviceable fits. But he was the point on a team that finished in the lower half of the conference, and by gosh, some of our posters wouldn't have it any other way. Why, how come he wasn't 3rd team all conference?

I'd rather have had Jamarius Burton running the point on this team, just for comparison's sake, because he was tougher and never once was seen yuckin' it up on the court, or the sideline. And he sure as hell went after loose balls and didn't give up on plays like our current point guard did this season.

Why would Heier want to be attached to IB? Right now that doesn't seem to be a positive career move.

Oh to be a fly on the wall In that locker room. I’m curious to how IB and the coaching staff handle losses. Is it a feel-good pat on the back? Silent treatment? Can’t imagine there is yelling.

It’s his program. Not theirs. Gudino has as much or more of a claim to be the HC of Wichita State as Brown. I won’t criticize Gudino, or the other Asst. Coaches.

By no means do I give IB a pass. I just don’t think his assistants helped the matter. I agree though, buck stops

I agree about Coach Kennedy, but not too long ago he bought a nice big house in town, I am guessing he wouldn’t have done that without knowing he was coming back next year.
