TE made 3rd team All AAC. This clearly shows he is ready for the NBA. This guy needs to spend the summer learning how to finish through contact and passing the ball without turning it over.

That's what I thought when he said it. IB needs to keep Porter Council and Pohto to have a chance next year.

I'd be shocked if any "one" of those guys come back next year. They have more than likely realized that they are not being coached up by this coaching staff. It sucks because I like IB but it is quite evident he is not head coach material at this level.

The university is going to have to figure out how to land a big-time coach for NEXT SEASON to right this ship. Otherwise.....well......you know.

And he didn't pivot early on when it became painfully obvious that TE is just a spot up shooter.

I didn't see that, but it shouldn't happen. However, I would contribute the bench behavior to the overall coaching influence. I'm pretty sure that wouldn't have happened if GM was still here.

For WSU basketball to be good again, it is going to take a massive house cleaning. Our AD is awful and has to go. Previous AD's where everywhere at Shocker events. I rarely ever see Boatright these days. IB appears to be a great person, but I do not think he is the right coach for WSU. It will be a year or two before this is likely addressed though. As for the roster, I would not be comfortable putting a $10 bet on any single name on the roster that I am 100% sure is returning next year. Sure some will return, hopefully several of the younger players. However, I think it is much more likely the roster is about to turnover big time. I would not be surprised if it is 6+ that leave. I know many that I visit with that are already saying they will not renew next year, so I think the program is going to be strapped for cash. We will be good again someday, but I fear we have storm clouds approaching first.

I remember seeing the exact same thing from Tyson last year in the Memphis game. That was one of my first signs that this coaching staff did not have the ability to coach the toughness needed to be a strong squad.
