LOL. Those facts tell all the truth. But hey it doesn't matter when your on national television with your Godfather Marcus Camby in the house and your auditioning for a pg position in the NBA. Just keep jacking up those shots. It doesn't matter that they are not going in.

It is clear to me that the rat poison they have been telling TE he needs to be a pg in the NBA has caused him to lose his focus. What is that focus? It should be good team basketball and trying to win.

TE has under performed at both.........time for Jenkins to take at least 10-15 of his minutes

In all seriousness can someone explain IB's offensive philosophy?

Taylor's article points out a glaring weakness with this team and it's lack of offensive help with Tyson. We have guys that can help but IB refuses to change the rotations. We need Jackson starting in place of Joe and Council in place of Dennis. That gives us 2 reliable 3 point shooters to start the game. I hate to do that to Dex but his 3 point shooting has been horrible and we need some guys to take pressure off Tyson so we can get a better start.

Another thought would be to bring Tyson off the bench and start Council at the 2. That may be too much for IB to handle though.

If Council and Jackson could just real it in a but, they could do wonders for this team.

Terrible take. RC4 doesn't play defense, is just as selfish as TE, and was a -17 in the KSU game. Monzy needs more minutes for sure, but DD does not need to be taken out of the lineup.

I would phrase it differently. Qua or whoever dribbles it a little. They make a couple of passes with little movement, and poor screens, look for Mo and maybe pass it to him in a position 15 feet or more from the basket where he is incapable of making plays, then return it to Tyson, late in the shot clock, 25 feet away, and tell him to make a play 1 on 1. That isn’t Tyson’s fault. That is an incoherent, inept offense.

It would be ok a couple of times each half, but we saw it at least 5 times in the 2nd half alone.

The TEAM showed NO offense. There was too much dribbling. There was no ball movement, or movement without the ball. There was no cohesion by any of the players. Most of it was geared towards Mo inside, or isolation of a player outside.
The too much dribbling trying to create whatever is nothing but selfish. This isn't street ball. And going like 2-17 isn't selfish? That is nothing but trying to get your numbers.

Tyson is not the problem. He is playing exactly how IB wants him to. We need to stop dragging the player for doing what he is told.

One of the plays I’ve seen TE drug for was when he motioned a confused dexter who pushed a confused joe out of position, but also rotated MU and his defender into a position that allowed MU to take the ball on a gather step and bank in a bucket down low. High level BBIQ from TE out of the timeout but they never went back to MU. IMO, it demonstrated how disjointed the offense and gameplay was that TE saw whatever he did, made it work, and it was the last setup play for MU.

Also, KState took over completely when Porter spent last part of the game on the bench. Porter is important to this team. He is good on all facets, and needs to be in there late. Was he hurt?

There is accountability for players in the court when there is a string of bad decisions, but sometimes there is too much slack in the reins for my liking.

I’ve said it before, this team plays to their opponent. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of maturity or a sign of poor game plan or some combination of both.

Yes .. he was in a huge amount of pain on the play he got a flagrant for grabbing the players leg. Porter might be out a bit.

That made the last bit of the game really hard as the only option to pull anyone at guard was Jenkins .. who hasn't played much all year, so that wouldn't have been a good spot to shove him into.

Ahh. I saw the replay of that but missed the play itself.

Totally agree on Porter. The offense and +/- is so much better with him running the point.

Hopefully, HCIB will have an update on Craig Porter's injury on his coach's radio show this evening. Although it's possible they still may not have all the diagnostic work done.

Many, maybe most, programs, WSU included, don't seem to be very forthcoming regarding player injuries. Perhaps the HIPAA regulations have a lot to do with that.

IB said earlier in the season that we will live and die on TE and his abilities.....I know I heard it, someone find the clip....I guess we'll die on that hill
