You can't win if you are 330 in rebounding. This is what Marshall did so well. He was a "bastard" but his players played hard.

IB is on the right track. Against Houston, we gang rebounded. That's why we outrebounded them. We have to do this on a consistent basis this year.
This is literally the same instruction I am currently giving my sons 3rd grade rec team. You have to crash the boards every time with both hands. You can't be lackadaisical in rebounding.
