The sign holder was either Eomaha or Rasputin of Valleytalk infame. If somebody can post a picture of the chest of the woman sitting next to him, I will be able to confirm his identity. The "Great Nebraskan Insecurity Complex" is pervasive in their neck of the woods/manure and they will make every effort, no matter how shameless it may be, to let the world know that there is a semi-densely populated city in Nebraska.
