    I think you are both. Replacement team until the deadline hits then are slotted to NIT if not called

        Teams only need 5 healthy players by Tuesday evening and then everything locks down. I'm pessimistic about any replacement team getting their number called.

              That's the NCAA rules but doesn't mean school rules couldn't override it and require a lot of contract tracing sit outs
