So, is your point that the Shox lack of respect for UE caused the Shox to let up and only win by 12 instead of by 30?

Since the Shox didn't slack off against SIU or Bradley, does that then mean that the Shox have more respect for those teams than for the Aces?

It's not a good sign for the credibility of a program when that program's fans notice that their opponents slack off against them, but still beat them.

Bradley and SIU quit...not sure I have ever seen a Marty Simmons team quit.

Coach did not appreciate the 5 second call since our player was progressing forward. Nice to have Mr. Stutz back. Toure' was mentioned for his solid D versus Colt and had 14 points, Evansville will win some more games this Season. Too bad, so sad, about Mo State losing tonight. Now we play them bulldawgs in their yad.

Thanks. Now, we have something we can agree on. UE absolutely never quit and they got very encouraged when they started making some progress.

I've noticed the "no respect" UE fans are conspicuously absent from MVCFans right now.

It's so predictable. So chirpy before the game on their cute little winning streaks and then they get torched and disappear.

That final score was so misleading it wasn't even funny. That game was dominated by the better team for about 35 minutes. We were up 17 at the half and 25 in the second half. EU fans, like AceDad, will be celebrating in the streets tonight for the big moral victory. That's EU's motto. It's all about being competitive and losing by 12, instead of 20.

WSU gets a big lead and coasts. The game was over with 10 minutes left in the first half. It happens to the best of teams. Nobody is gonna build on 20 point halftime leads. It almost always flatlines or you lose your second half a lot, especially when subs are regularly inserted because the margin is so large.

A lot of players played well. We shot well. We passed the ball like an NCAA Tournament team. I loved the assists. Stutz ate EU for lunch again. Williams had some killer drive and dish-offs. Our rebounding was weak and our interior defense was embarrassing. EU tallied about 10 first-half layups. Totally lame. Other than that, a good win.

16 of the last 19 now over EU. 11 in a row in Wichita.

Respect is earned, not given.

Aces are way better coached than I have ever seen them in times past. If they add some bigger bodies to their roster they could start doing some damage in the Valley under Simmons.

I (and many others I think) was very wrong about DWill. I didn't believe he would ever develop the self-control to really contribute on a par with his athleticism. I give him kudos. He has become a true team player and deserves your accolade.
