People were tweeting that it was on ESPN's top 3 plays last evening as #3.

          • I wasn’t able to watch the game live last night, but did watch the “Cox Blurry Vision” replay. I agree with those who said TM may have had his finest 2 hours as a Shocker. He had the ‘eye of the tiger’ and literally put the team on his shoulders and willed them to victory.

I HAD ABSOLULETY NO PROBLEM WITH THE CIRCUS SHOT. I THOUGHT HE WAS FOULED ON THE PLAY AND SIMPLY FLIPPED THE BALL BACK OVER HIS HEAD TOWARDS THE GOAL TRYING TO GET AT LEAST 2 FOUL SHOTS OR EVEN A 3 POINT PLAY (...and no, it wasn't a blind squirrel finding a large nut).

My wife and I replayed it several times and it was an incredible shot. Unfortunately, if he had missed, Shockernet would have went into melt-down mode and the blame for the loss would have been squarely placed on him. Yes, there are times when TM drives me to drink and cuss (sometimes a lot); however I still wouldn’t trade him for any other guard in the league. I’m even starting to build some faith in his 3 point shooting ability like the trey he hit to end the first half. Having 3 point range makes him even more difficult to guard. A team needs players with large cojones. Last night TM believed that failure wasn’t an option... and "I like it, I like it a lot!"

This seems to happen a lot - especially recently - with some posters.........Its especially annoying when you consider our 16-3 record.

I hope not, but we shall see.

                • When a team is headed up with 5 experienced Seniors, much is expected. However, last night, Stutz and Toure' led us with both execution and leadership even beyond what is expected. However, next game, it might be Kyles and Ben, or maybe Rags and Dwill? Who knows but we are winning most of our games and know we have very little slack for failure along the way to accomplish what we are after. Do we have a go-to player now? All of the above have had their moments at times this very Season, so I suppose we will accomplish this need by committee. Does this trait remind you of our last team to Dance?

Our recent Sweet 16 team also had such versitility. Remember Paul Miller scoring 30 in double overtime versus SIU not to mention winning the POY honors in the Valley? How about Matty B. draining 3 and 4 point plays to beat Creighton? Then onto the Dance where Sean O was on fire. Then when Tennessee was clueless, "don't you see" as Cooz got hot from the outside. Karon B. made some huge shots to 'seal deals' along the way that Season and Kyle Wilson and R. Martin were tough as nails. These players found a way to win the close games in the scope of teamwork.

Does our team this Season remind you of that team somewhat? Stutz will not be the MVP player in the Valley but he is having a very nice season. How many times last night did he get knocked on his can and get back up and produce. That last pass he executed was a key to our win. GS showed lots of true grit last night. Toure' may catch flack but imagine that game last night without him. His consistent stats are far from chopped liver in several catagories and still rising. Kyles, Ben, Rags, and DWill are doing their part as well and let's hope their best is yet to come.

What does it all mean? This will hopefully be a Season to remember. We have a lot of ball yet to play and we hope to have a ticket to punch and a Dance to attend this season. We have targets on our backs and everybody would be elated just to beat us on our potential banner Season. Stay tuned because we long for more wins and sweeps as our games will even get tougher in some cases. Even so, stay on the black, yellow, and gray turnip truck, because I think we have a solid shot for a special Season with this distinctive team.

Not saying Tuttle is a bad player or anything....he's a good player....as a matter of fact, I'm having lunch with Tuttle this afternoon.

Don't get carried away with useless information. UNI has NO answer for a healthy Stutz.

30 and 15 hunh? Some of your guys' panties are bunching up, even after a win.

Dieter Tuttle is a 63% FG shooter. Did you ask him about that over a sausage and bratwurst lunch, WDW?
