I was more than fine with the officiating. Is there a chance that the MVC is changing the way they want the officials to call the games? I haven't seen a physical game like that in the MVC in quite a while.

Even though some fans on here report the opposite, I remember plenty of games with SIU, Evansville, etc. who grab, pull, push, chuck(like hockey players), etc. where physicality was not called in the past. There are certain teams who play defense with their hands, and bodies who when it isn't called they have an advantage. When it is called, they are in trouble. If you remember, when Randy Smithson was at WSU, we had a reputation for playing physical defense like this and when called, we took our lumps. At that time, RS took a lot of criticism from some Shocker fans for this type of defense, probably because we were losing.
