Jesus, really, already jumping off the bandwagon?

Good grief. We played like **** and lost to the #19 ranked team in the country by less than 10. Not the end of the world/season/program.

2nd game of the season in conference. Lighten up, Francis.

I'm sick of losing to these douche's too, but c'mon.

Here's what lost us the game:

        Creighton: 8-16 from 3

        WSU: 5-26

Stupid plays...poor shot selecton, sloppy defense. Why call a timeout with .04 seconds on the shot clock so Creighton can set up an out of bounds play? Creighton wanted/needed it more...Shox out coached from time to time. Well, prob more often than that. Murry was horrible too...good grief.

Losing at HOME against the other best team in the conference is not a good way to go down. We most likely won't beat them in Omaha, so we're already down 2 losses to their 1. Plus, in the past few years we always lose to at least 1 team that we should roll. So, counting that, we're down 3 losses to their 1. Not a good hole to be in when only one team gets in the dance from the MVC and we're horrible in the MVC Tournament historically.

Beat by 15 in the second half think about that 15

Lax with the best game analogy anyone will put on here.

Stutz, in a word sucked. I have never seen a player dominate one game (NIT championship game) and then look so lost and uninspired in another.

Was he sick? I hope so because if he was healthy and played like that, he stunk the place up. If he was sick at least he had an out.

Murry, was never present, except to take an ill advised three in crunch time.

*Note they made their big run in the first half with Murry riding pine.*

Also question HCGM leaving Hall on the bench so long after his third. The under 12 TO didn't occur until 10:36 remained. That was the time to bring him back in, not the under 8 TO.

When he went out they led 46-41. When he came back, they were down 7. (of course you know who was in, during the CU run).

                Too long Coach, too long.
Above all, make the right call.

Look @shock10:, this isn't Bradley board, or mvcfans. What you post will not be deleted. However, put down the bottle of jack, get your hands above your head and take ten steps back from your computer. There. Take a deep breath and let it out slowly and count to ten.

In the 2nd half it was Hall vs.CU. When he went out, game over.

This is an opportunity lost. In the polls it could have been as easy as swapping places...

                          Hall is 7 of 9, team: 12 of 48
                          Hall 13 rebounds, team 23
                          OUCH!

This was a missed opportunity, no doubt. But it was the 2nd conference game. And every year, we seem to be on the bubble at the end, regardless. It aint over by a long shot.

What has happened is done. Time to put this loss behind us and look forward to the next game.

I'm putting this loss on the coaching staff. They STILL haven't taught our players what a "good" shot is in games like this. Many of them think that turnaround 3's are "good". Plus, they haven't taught the players how to play smart at the end of games. Our guys have REPEATEDLY turned the ball over on key possessions and nothing seems to be done about it. Plus, leaving our best rebounding and low-post threat on the bench while we blew a 5 point lead was unacceptable. I don't care if he has 3 fouls. When you see the game floating away, something needs to be done about it.
