            Called vivid seats last Thursday. Told me they were processing my refund. told me to wait 3-4 business days. Going to call again to find out what "processing" means and will it come in a check or a credit to the account from which it was paid.

                  I went thru Ticketmaster last year for NIT Championship tickets, bought the insurance...never got my money back. After several emails etc., I just gave up.

                            Just got a reply from Vivid Seats.
                            They tried to rollout some bullshit incentive program for 'future events and concerts.'
                            Essentially they want to keep the money and offer you a discount on future events.

                            They essentially stated they don't have any money to refund and even using the lame excuse of COVID-19.
                            They are basically a bunch of lying puke bastards and a collection of scam artists.
                            Lesson learned and will buy tickets from the street vermin next time before these assholes.

                            I'll get my money back - one way or another.

                            That is all.

                              Dispute the charge through your bank. That worked for me with a lowlife online travel site that wouldn't refund my hotel that had to be cancelled because of COvid.
