Just got a reply from Vivid Seats.
They tried to rollout some bullshit incentive program for 'future events and concerts.'
Essentially they want to keep the money and offer you a discount on future events.

They essentially stated they don't have any money to refund and even using the lame excuse of COVID-19.
They are basically a bunch of lying puke bastards and a collection of scam artists.
Lesson learned and will buy tickets from the street vermin next time before these assholes.

I'll get my money back - one way or another.

Kind of funny that they initially offered a 120% credit when this first hit. Now they are trying to appear as though they are “giving” 10% to some charity and reducing our refund. Time to dispute with credit card!

Vivid seats just returned the money for the seats I purchased. Better late than never I guess

StubHub refunded our tickets today. Received full refund back to credit card.
