KenPom isn't an RPI predictor- it's a separate rating system, thus the disparity. He uses offensive and defensive ratings, as well as strength of schedule, and his rating also takes into account the previous year at the beginning, then gradually reduces that as the season goes on.

I rank that as the 3rd best win in the conference so far this year. High quality win, and an example of how not to play ISU.

Very nice wins for Indiana State and UNLV today. 16-2 run by the Sycamores to close out the game against Vanderbilt.

The MVC badley need that win today for RPI purposes.

Hopefully, Drake can knock of Iowa on the road this evening.

Beating Vandy will be a really nice feather in ISU's cap at the end of the season. They are a team that will improve dramatically after New Year's as Ezeli gets reintegrated into their offense. Big, big road win for the Trees.

A Bulldog win tonight would edge them towards the cusp of a top 50 RPI. The MVC sure does look strong in the 1-6 slots.

CSU had Charleston stopped but gave up an offensive rebound and Charleston went up 70-68. CSU has a final possession with 10 seconds remaining.

Edit: CSU fails to score on its final possession. Charleston wins 70-68. :beaten:

Tulsa and UT-Arlington are in OT in Tulsa. Tulsa scored on its final possession to send the game into OT.

                    Come on Hurricanes.

It's no surprise but Creighton is leading Houston Baptist 46-23 at the half.

It's kind of humorous on ValleyTalk. 2LiveWu is arguing with Sportsfan Jason K about how big WSU's win over UNLV is to our at large resume. Isn't Sports Fan Jason K, Jason King who is a blogger or sports writer on ESPN? Jason K is arguing for WSU and 2Live Wu against WSU going as an at-large team. It's good to have an unbiased (seemingly so) writer on our side.

It's been a positive day for us so far. Come on Alabama.
Where oh where is our T. Boone Pickens.

What happened to Alabama since Puerto Rico??? They have been borderline terrible since peaking a month ago.

Hopefully they can recover so that it doesn't become a "bad" loss. Getting demolished by this year's KSU squad is just shameful.

It was obvious to me the Tide circled our game, and haven't shown up since.
