For comparison, Etienne is shooting 40% from three point range over the last 10 games.

Assists per game first 16 games - 3.7
Assists per game last 10 games - 2.8

While he might lead the team in assists, he also leads the team in turnovers.
Not sure why you compare a PG/SF with a SG. I'd expect a SG to have much better shooting numbers (by the way, TE's 40% over the 10 games was skewed by a 6-8 3 performance against Tulane). Also, take out JB's 1-4 from 3 against Houston on the first of those 10 games and JB has averaged only 1.5 3s per game, so he's not putting up a lot of "misses" either. I'd counter that by saying he has a FG% through those 10 games of .429 (.555 from 2). GS is at .246 FG% with a few more shots and NF is .286 FG% in the 7 of those 10 games he played. While JB didn't "go all SHJ" on his 3s, GS shot twice as many 3s as JB. Yes, he shot better, if you call .229 from 3 with twice the shots as "better" for the team. You add 17 2pt shots for JB to equal GS's 17 more 3 shots and you end up with JB having a slightly higher point production over those 35 shots. I'd also say that JB is shooting fewer 3s is due to DD's resurgence. DD has been 23-56 from 3 during those 10 games.

You are right that JB "lead the team in assists, he also leads the team in turnovers", however, he still leads the team in A/TO while playing mostly from the SF, while GS is just slightly behind him while playing almost all from the PG (where you'd expect your best A/TO to be from). By the way, neither have very good A/TO ratios while in the 1.5 to 1.6 ratio range.
