Maybe it was a loaner chopper while his was being serviced or something, but I am convinced thats not his chopper. Or maybe he had more than one?

Unless the paint/wrap changed, the downed chopper is definitely a different aircraft than earlier posted.

Now saying 9 bodies at the scene?

Man. Keeps getting worse. So sad.

This is terrible. I feel for his family. His wife just lost a husband and daughter and his kids just lost a father and sister all at the same time. How does someone even begin to process and cope with that? Thoughts to the others killed in this crash as well and I hope they also get some recognition and condolences sent their families way.

Two Shockers have the honor of being the ones to dribble out the 24 second clock. Pinch me.

ATC audio indicates it's either the same acft or at least the same N-number (N72EX). FAA database has it as 1991 S-76, certificate last issued Sept 2015.

Maybe re-wrapped recently then? Seems unlikely though -- that wrap is super cool.

Gosh. Look at the pilot's altitude right at the end. I am guessing he tries to pull up as the mountains come into view due to heavy fog. At 4:20 in the video he is at 1,415 ft, just a second or two later is at 2,111.

                                Just ugh.
