With all due respect. This guy is good.
Think about it. What else, how else can you motivate ACU to play better tomorrow? He found a very unique way of looking at tomorrow's game and uses it to pep his players. Good for him. But the reality is they are not going to win. But he can't say that.

I am assuming that is a tongue-in-cheek comment. He immediately lost all credibility when he said "the only people on this planet that don't think this is going to be a tough game are the Wichita State fans and players". Give me a break. Las Vegas has the Shocks installed as a 20.5 point favorite. I seriously doubt all the folks putting money on this game are Shocker fans and players. Not to mention all the other rating services that have installed the Shocks as heavy favorites.

To say that a 5-game winning streak against NET 314 Southeast Missouri State, D-II NCCAA Dallas Christian, D-III Howard Payne, NET 261 New Orleans and NET 178 Nicholls shows that they can beat anyone in the country is rather comical as well. Of course, I think it is pretty clear he is just trying to convince himself more than anything.

That said I and others on this board have said the Shockers can not be complacent about this game and need to get after it. Besides it really matters little what the fans think. How 3G and the players look at this game is what counts.

Actually, this video would be an outstanding pep talk to the Shocker team if it was to be shown to the Shocker players.
