Sidenote- I would expect UNLV to break into the rankings somewhere around 16-20. When was the last time we hosted a team that high at Koch/Levitt?

I remember TT being #21 a couple years ago. Creighton in 2003 was at the cow palace. SIU may have brought a ranked team in here once, but I don't think they were higher than 20. Can't remember the last time we hosted a squad ranked in the teens.

UNI has jumped out to an early 10-3 lead against Providence.

UNI went on to beat Providence 79-62 giving the Valley another win over a BCS team. The Valley ended up going 3-1 on the night. A pretty good night for the MVC.

UNLV looked pretty good in those black unis. Don't worry they have gray ones too. The TTech game was loud. This one should top that.

I'm kicking myself so hard for not finding a way to make it to the game tonight. The Orleans is not a good basketball venue.
