12:46 p.m. - 4,059 tickets left all in the upper bowl. I'd be there if I lived in Wichita. Starting to wonder if a couple years of hearing "Wichita State always sells out" has dampened the casual viewers appetite to even attempt to look for tickets. Get the feeling some people don't try because they just assume they can't get one.

Appears there was not much of a walk up crowd as attendance ended up being 10,727. I am disappointed in that number, but I do think many people are struggling financially right now. With a choice between paying $30 (with fees) to sit high in upper deck in cramped seats vs. staying home and watching it on espn2, many people chose the latter. I also think many people just assume Shocker games are sold out. That along with the usual complaint about parking and the cooler weather, kept the crowd down. For those that went it was a fun game and a good time.

Great crowd support for the last 8 minutes of the game. As loud as many in recent years. Fans helped bring home the victory...along with 90% free throw shooting. Go Shocks

I agree that the crowd was good and they had a good time. There were no bandwagoner's that I could see and not very many OU fans either.
