Isn't Rob Baker always trying to sell his boat on Bob and Tom? Oh wait, that's Donnie...must be Rob's brother.

Still about 4,500 tickets left... pretty pathetic TBH. I will drive down about 3 hours with three members of the family. Cannot believe we won't even get close to selling this out.

Gregg Marshall is my kinda Shocker fan! Much better than some of the disingenuous, ass-kissing apologists on this board.

Gregg's gonna go to war and plans on AR having a very, very bad afternoon.

Yea, Coach looks like he is jonesin' here for a proper beatdown. No lie, I'm looking forward to it as well. :)

"Ralph Miller was one of the finest coaches in the history of intercollegiate basketball. His teams were always fundamentally sound, team oriented, well conditioned, and ran both their offense and defense with great patience. I know of no coach whose teams competed against his, whether it be at Wichita State, Iowa, or Oregon State, who did not have great respect for him."—John Wooden

It's extremely pathetic. I think part of the problem is a bandwagon, spoiled fanbase that's starting to take things for granted, and the other part is the overpriced tickets and inconvenience of having to purchase additional home tickets outside of the season ticket package. $72 (before fees) for a family of 4 before you spend a cent on food for nosebleed seats is pretty steep. If the goal to play at IBA is to grab some additional fans to games that normally can't make it or afford to in Koch, this isn't the way to do it. Bring it down to $10 and that thing would probably be close to full.

Hopefully, they'll have a decent walk-up crowd. I'm kinda surprised there hasn't been a big marketing push, but I did read where there were a lot of student tickets remaining. I remember when people would '***** and moan' about not getting any quality teams to play us in Wichita. I sure don't have the answers for attendance issues. Guess...

Agreed - they are a bit steep. I have some friends that are STH that refuse to go on principle. I think it is fun, but I don't live in town so easier for me to say. About 15-20 bucks WITH fees should be the price point to fill things out. I don't get it.

                Makes me upset.

15-20 with fees is pretty much impossible when the fees are 15 bucks by themselves .. lol

That said, for people that are in town, it's super easy to avoid the fees by going to the box office.

Serious question, is it really that hard to drive down to the box office?

We'll be in Wichita this coming Saturday. They'll leave our two tickets at the "will-call" window for an additional $31.66.
