Memphis twitter fanbase is livid that the coaches had the audacity to say someone might tie for 1st with Memphis ....

Did we already know about the trip to Denmark and Barcelona next summer?

Does that imply WSU is a deep and relatively balanced team? Considering we are still on the young side that has to bode well for the future.

Exactly the way I see what is being implied. Marshall has never been one to throw out idle comments or compliments but you can clearly see he is positive and excited. The AAC needs to be very cautious when it comes to the Shocks

everyone makes a really big deal about the finish to last year and the Shocks did go into places like Indiana and win. The schedule was pretty much front loaded with the strongest conference teams in the front. The weaker ones came later. The fact they continued to fight and not give up speaks volumes to me more than the wins against the weaker teams. The NIT run was great and showed how that young team stayed focused and won against teams they would have lost to earlier. Proud of them then...Proud of them now

Based on the AAC Coaches Poll predictions and who plays who:

                              Difficulty of Schedule
                              Wichita State 4 6.06
