They've lost 10 games by 4 points or less this season with an average point differential in their losses of -4.5. They've won 8 of 10 games so they're playing really well heading into the tourney. And don't believe UCONN will be tired because of having no days rest - these are strong college kids and they'll be fine against us.

Get past UCONN and I really like our chances against Cincy.
Assuming we get a fair whistle, unlike at UGone, then we beat that team by double-digits, provided we're done with the hero ball.

    ... No really, deuces.

Looks like the Friday 2pm game/session is sold out. Is that possible?

Good: We avoid Houston until Sunday if we can make it that far.

Good/Bad: Connecticut and Cincinnati are both top 50 KenPom teams. It’s a tough road but if we can get through it we’ll have added two good wins to the resume with the likely opportunity for a really good win on Sunday vs Houston.

Bad: Houston pretty much has a cake walk to Sunday.

Lets go shocks. Send whiny baby Hurley and the Huskies on their merry way then exact some revenge against Cincinnati.

I don’t want to see another Houston vs Cincinnati final. It would be three years in a row of that matchup and four years straight to the finals for Cinci. Time for some new blood.

So what session are we looking for? Our session begins on Friday at 12:00 (2 game session tickets) which includes the Cincy game before our game. Is that correct?

Those that got all-session tickets through WSU, what sections are your seats in?

I would think that we will have the home court advantage in terms of butts in the seats against Ugone (assuming they beat Tulane). I don't know about Cincinnati. Seems like we should have an advantage against them also

                    • Upset pick - Tulane over UGONN. Ron has those kids playing hard.

We need to root for that to NOT happen. No good can come from us playing Tulane.

                          • From what I can tell we need to root for:

USF over UCF. Tough because they are both on the verge of dropping out of the Q2 road game category. UCF is a couple spots ahead right now, so if they lose it would be better odds they both end up being Q2

Uconn over Tulane. Gives us another Q2 opportunity.

SMU over Temple and Houston. SMU road game has an outside shot at jumping to a Q1 if SMU can climb 13 spots.

Memphis over ECU. Need our victory over them to look as good as possible.

Tulsa to come out their side of the bracket. They are only a few spots away from jumping up to Q2 home game. Also, facing them in the final would be much easier than Houston and Houston being a q1 doesn’t matter at this point, because the winner gets the auto bid.

Maybe not such a good idea to bring college basketball to TEXAS. The American would do itself well having the tournament in college basketball hotbed Wichita!!!!
