Should Student-Athletes be paid for their name, image & likeness while scholarships?

For decades, Kansas has been a football drag, while cashing football money checks and diverting funds to basketball. Kansas generates zero Big 12 football money, but cashes a huge check.

On the flipside, there are several football schools that have reached diminished margin of returns on money invested in football. The minute a Texas or Ohio State decides to outspebd the "bluebloods" in basketball, its over for KU and the likes.
