While I am not really a fan of the gray uni's, I am very much against not having black for the road. Based on Saluki123's post of SIU having grays, I think the idea of them being doled out to a select few goes right out the window.

I like the gray uni's but I think we need to keep the black for the road. I believe it was in the fogler era that the gold uni's were introduced to try and erase the "bad boy" image that the media had saddled us with after our ncaa sanctions. I have always liked the black uni's because of the message it seemed to send. The mild cats even introduced a black uni that last couple of years so I have no clue as to why 3 G wants to get away from the black.Comment

Speaking of cool uniforms, I went to the Creighton-Rockhurst exhibition. Nothing on the game to report, a boring exhibition and I didn't buy any beer. But I have to say, the Rockhurst road uni's were some of the nicest basketball uni's I've seen in a long, long time! I tried Googling but found nothing. n And I will not go to Perrault's site, so I have no photo to share.
Anyway, they are dark blue with white, black and gray accents. They say ROCK-U across the chest. These things were awesome!There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.Comment
