Would be a good road map for him to follow. Maybe sit out a year, maybe not although the NCAA may have something to say about that. Find a JUCO head coaching gig for 2 or 3 years and then see what is available at the D-1 level. No doubt he has probably delayed his career path. Compare this stuff to what Chris Jans did and it is far worse in my opinion.
