He transferred to WSU in Dec 2018, but left that WSU in May 2019, with the same reason he left our WSU.

December 17, 2018: Freshman Chance Moore no longer at WSU; seeking a mid-season transfer
May 8, 2019: Chance Moore leaves WSU basketball without playing a game
July 6, 2019:
Mid-December 2019:
Chance played in South Plains first 4 games of the season scoring 44 points in 43 minutes of play. Has not played since. He is still listed on the South Plains roster, however, according to this article "Chance Moore, a 6-foot-7 redshirt freshman who came to South Plains after a semester each at Wichita State and Washington State, was dismissed from the team in mid-December."
