Parking has always been a problem. The rich pay more to park close. Others, who want reasonably good parking places, still have to park across the streets (church, mausoleum, etc.) . If one wants the better parking places, they have to arrive at least 1 hr and 15 minutes to 1 hr. and 30 minutes early.Comment
