Official visits were nice because you get fed... both with food and with tons of BS. It's probably one of the last times the coaches will be kissing your ass, too.
If I were Perry, damn straight I'd take the free trip to see the country and what it has to offer. Visiting a place you could walk to as one of your five would be like giving it away.The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.Comment

Yep! As a senior in high school, a buddy and I took an "official visit" to Michigan U. Neither one of us was being recruited to play D-I sports, but we got three days of excused absence from school so we went up and partied with my friends brother.
