Not really pushing for Valpo but they beat MSU's arse in the bracket busters. They generally have a good men's basketball program.

Did you include graduate schools in the enrollment figures? I'm fairly certain that Creighton isn't up to 7400 undergrads.

Looking at those endowment figures is pretty alarming. I had no idea we had so many poorly capitalized institutions in the MVC.
      It was grad and undergrad.

I understand that. We as a group always talk about adding teams and kicking out others. I decided to go thru all the regional schools (I may have missed a few) to see what they'd offer. I skipped any that I knew had FBS football or were obviously part of BcS conferences. I'll look up others if I missed any. I believe I covered KS, OK, MO, IL, IN, OH, KY, ND, SD, WI, MN, MI. Not sure we can really go beyond that. It'd be nice if we had someone in TX, but that's not going to happen and the most attractive option, North Texas, plays FBS football and recently joined one of the Western conferences I believe. I contemplated dropping into LA, MS and TN but I don't think there's much there anyway.

Unless WSU adds football or gets lucky with some sort of realignment deal it looks like we're in the MVC with the same teams. If someone else gets lucky somehow and we stay, we're screwed.

Who knew IUPUI was that big? 37500 students and a $600 million endowment?

Monkey? Ha. Don't hurt yourself there.

At least this "monkey" can use his brain.

Explain how a contractual relationship between a school and its president has anything to do with politics in the first place?

You can't. 'Cause it don't. But you will try. Because you're a parrot.
The truth will set you free. But first, it will piss you off.

Well I could see how Unionization of a faculty could impact a President's contract, depending on how his views are on that aspect. Which is what is happening at MSU... But this is getting off topic. Just wanted to point out that its likely.

Well if you were not just pulling out the usual name calling tactic from your dear leader Manual you might have comprehended that my post was in response to Dr. Wu post and had nothing to do with the msu fantasies.
