But, if so, I think it would be a good thing for WSU. Maybe light a fire under the administration to start supporting a reconfigured Valley or finding a new home.Infinity Art Glass - Fantastic local artist and Shocker fan

Concerning the CUSA officials it wasn't "supposedly" they were there as I saw them right behind the media table and our radio guy (Art Hains) mentioned they were there after the game and then on his radio show a few days later.
Whether or not it is true we got an invite I don't have a clue but I would bet anything there has been some level of discussion.

When they leave I hope ORU is considered for membership or just keep it at 9. What I don't want to see another school that is covered in ICE for half the fall and spring semesters added in place of MSU.
As far as MSU going, how can you be one of the worst Div 1-AA schools around and hope to compete at 1A. I don't mean that as an insult, but I've always wondered how they seem to suck year in and year out in valley football. Maybe I'm wrong on that and somebody can correct me but I think that is the case.
Will suck kinda for basketball and baseball but I think RPI wise ORU can do the same if not a little more on a yearly average.
I'm sure an MSU fan will flip over this if they read that last statement. I need to go look up the last 5 years for both. I'm sure MSU has a slight edge in basketball and ORU a slight in baseball. Regardless, RPI wise they would be about the same over the course of time and the drive to Tulsa is much easier than Springfield.
EDIT:
Baseball RPI 5 year average: ORU 66, MSU 97
Basketball RPI 5 year average: ORU 108, MSU 100
Decided to add WSU just for reference: Baseball 55, Basketball 112
I would also like to point out that I would prefer MSU over ORU. Just saying I think if they leave the valley can replace them with a school located in a similar area with about the same strengths when it comes to the two sports I care about.
