Maybe the coaching staff only went after the best. Now all that is left are the undesirables and HCGM wants someone ready to contribute to fill a scholie for one year. An empty scholie is useless and HCGM will see that it is filled. If it were filled one year then HCGM will have it open again next year to hopefully sign an extra big name recruit. Makes sense at this time of year if you think about it.People who think they know everything are a great annoyance to those of us who do. -Isaac Asimov

It was nice to see this article and a reason for an optimistic Shocker outlook. This next recruiting class will be of essence. Two Seasons back to back with five Seniors graduating will be a challenge to reload and rebuild. These two new energetic Coaches will be a shot of encouragement in the arm of our beloved Shocks. Actually, we got a nice jump-start to that process with a solid group of incoming recruits that will be fun to watch unfold. The summer workouts and overseas games will also get us a head start to our continual progress of moving forward. HCGM is very wise to surround himself with such quality Coaches which contributes to illustrate his success in the past and the future.Shocker basketball will forever be my favorite team in all of sports.

An instead of A before a vowel is something that is taught in rudimentary English classes. Its not college level grammar. That means that the writer and the editor both overlooked those errors. How that got to print is beyond me..
