Wow, if true (not doubting you) that is stunning. Seriously, I tried to spend $500-$1000 and just couldn't do it. Everything I tried to buy in the silent auction got outbid, and all the 25 (approx) live items went for big dollars, to say nothing of the 800+ in attendance @ $50 a pop. Looking forward to seeing the numbers from the athletic department.
