You see that floor he's storming around on? It will be named after him, if he wants.

I appreciate his fire and passion but I am concerned. The very last thing I would ever want to happen would be a Woody Hayes moment. One microsecond of lost control and all is changed. Would never want a moment like that to be part of his legacy. I would be more comfortable with dialing it back a couple clicks.Where oh where is our T. Boone Pickens.

I just hate how the idiot thinks he can get away with it. Just get rid of them and stop giving so much benefit of the doubt. That’s how idiots like these think they’re so smart and take advantage of the situation.Deuces Valley.

At what point in time does WAG speculation become worse than unsubstantiated rumors because we may be there?

HCGM is starting to exhibit the classic symptoms of being the greatest coach ever. A whole lot of people should be very worried about him.For some the glass is half full and for others half empty. My glass is out of ice.

Marshall has talked about not wanting to coach forever. I think part of that is that he knows who he is, an extremely intense and competitive person. It's probably not the best thing for your long term health, but it's who he is and he's not going to change. The only reason I feel we are seeing him more agitated than normal is the talent level and experience we have this year indicate we should not be encountering the lazy passes, lazy D and general lack of effort we are seeing. I think he's fine and will be fine.

You know, I’m a little embarrassed to be associated with such a delusional fan base. Yes I’m a shocker fan but to read some of the delusional posts I read on here is proposterius. HC3G has done a great job making us into a perennial power but he has 265 career wins not even half way to 600! And I know one of you idiots is going to say something like about Bob Knight and his temper. Well Bob Knight has 900+ wins and 3 national titles. So slow your roll with this. When it is all said and done he won’t even be in the conversation for greatest coach ever. Best WSU coach, hands down

You have peaked my interest. Here are some projections for Gregg Marshall’s career win total:
If he coaches to 68 (age that Knight retired) and averages his career average for wins a year (24): 791 wins (9th all time).
Coaches to 68 and averages the number of wins he has the last 5 years (30): 875 wins (7th)

Coach Heiar is now making $300k+ at LSU. Definitely a step up for him.
We have Coach Marshall where he needs to be. The next step will be rewarding elite level Assistant Coaches with an appropriate salary.
