Shout out to my man coach ford .. wish u the best of luck at witchita state.. congrats boy!!!

“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

My guess is that he will get the Southeast recruiting assignments, that still leaves Texas.

He also should help us in Illinois. Patrick Miller, their fine freshman PG, is from Chicago.

He is also very familiar with HCGM and his coaching style and should definitely help us on defense. With his JC background (short as it is) he can help us there too.

Awesome, he has experience in both the MVC and Juco ranks.
Shocker fan for life after witnessing my first game in person, the 80-74 win over the #12 Creighton Bluejays at the Kansas Coliseum.

Very good point. With the loss of 2 coaches, having him come in with familiarity is an important consideration. It should help with the transition to a new staff.

My opinion ... but i do not like this hire. Think it's a step down from both departing coaches. I thought we could get a better name, who was more established as a recruiter and in the college ranks.

Yes I have to agree as well. I hope it works for the best, but this kid was just playing college ball five years ago and now he is an assistant at Wichita State?

Yes, he seems a bit young. I suppose that he could be considered a fast riser. He and Coach know each other well, and trust each other. That means a lot, I would think.

Dana has a good reputation and I don't care how young he is. Maybe a little youth will help the program even more. You never know. He was a grad assistant here and has worked with both Marshall and Jans and I'm sure learned a lot under Coop as well. We could do a lot worse.

It's not like 3G went after some unkown quantity. Dana was a grad assistant under 3G for two years. There's a reason 3G wanted him back.

Having an energetic young guy who probably can relate quite well with the kids we are recruiting is not the worse thing in the world.

I have no problem whatsoever with this hire.
