It wasn't Higgy's call. But it was an AWFUL call, exacerbated by giving Baylor the ball then calling a foul on Shaq on the other end. Given their lack of depth, and that Jo has 3 (should have been 4) and now Shaq has 4, that's an unbelievably bad and game shifting bs call.

It looked like on the replay that he got Morris on the hand or wrist. So it should have been a foul or at worst, out on the Baylor player.
