If that offer was accurate, are you saying this university and its donors can't pony up the salary to 1.2 million or thereabouts? I find that hard to believe if it can't be done.

Eric Sexton better have done something behind the scenes, although my confidence with him is down on the totem pole.

I was actually told he had an extension and 250,000 raise (which would put him in the 1 mil + range) on the morning of the NIT championship. I feel confident this happened but Marshall is waiting for other offers.

Ever since I had a source tell me this, he has been quiet and not quite as confident since. I can't squeeze anything out of any of the other people who I can usually get something from. Doesn't give me a great feeling, but we will see. Perhaps it's nothing........
